 vels welcome\; instruction provided. Volunteers under 14 years old must b
 e accompanied by an adult. Long pants\, covered ankles and closed-toe sho
 es required. Expect to be walking off-trail. Tools and gloves provided\, 
 but bring your own if you have them. No need to sign up. Please carpool i
 f possible as parking is very limited.  Additional parking at Izaak Walto
 n Cabin and the canoe launch\, with a short walk along the river then rig
 ht to the meet up site. No groups that have not already been in contact w
